Can't get my Amana refrigerator repaired properly.

I bought an Amana refrigerator less than 2 years ago. Within 6 months, the refrigerator had frozen much of the food in the cool compartment, including fruit, vegitables, etc. The first time it was repaired, an electronic circuitboard was replaced. Within another 6 months, same problem, more frozen food. This time, the damper was replaced. The problem came back 5 days ago, more frozen food. And Amana has told me that they will come back one more time, but that's it. I am basically stuck with a piece of junk refrigerator. Unfortunately, I have spoken to a couple friends, and they have all experienced the same treatment from Amana. One friend spent $1000 on an Amana refrigerator, and has spent an additional $1000 to keep it running. I bought this refrigerator from the local Maytag outlet store. Maytag used to have a good reputation. But, they are selling junk.
