In 2001 we bough a pair of Amana washer and Dryer, cream of the crop they said , top of the line.
Recently the washer leaked water underneath, smelled funnny in rinse cycle and was knocking against the walls.
Had Amana specialists come to see the problem, low and behold, the washer is completly finished..water is leaking from up top and not bottom, motor is seizing and the belt and pully needed to be fixed, in other words, better buy a new one all together.
I am totaly dissapointed, a 7year old washer and now I have to buy a new one.
It was a waste of my time and hard earned money.
I will never recommend your brand to any one.
